How long does it take to get my digital product? You should receive your digital product to your email address instantly. If you have not received within 10 minutes, please make sure that you entered the correct email address when you submitted payment or check your spam folder in your email. If you are still not able to find your downloads, please email Support@TailorMadeBusinesses.com.

What methods of payment does Tailor Made accept?

TM accepts cash, all major credit and debit card payment via PayPal and PayPal Guest Checkout, Woo Commerce, AfterPay and Sezzle.

Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to submit payment?

NO. You can choose the PayPal Guest Checkout option to finalize your order.

Is my payment information secure?

YES. Your payment information is encrypted and is processed securely through PayPal. Your payment information is not stored on our site and cannot be accessed by Tailor Made Businesses.

My payment is not processing. 

Please make sure that you are accurately entering your payment information. Your billing address must match the information on file with the cardholder. If this problem persists please contact your cardholder. You can also email us at Support@TailorMadeBusinesses.com.

I entered the wrong email, what can I do?

If you have placed an order and need to change the email, please email us at Support@TailorMadeBusinesses.com with your order number and correct information for further assistance.

I ordered a digital product and I have not received it.

Please make sure that you checked your spam folder and entered the correct email address. If you still cannot find it, please email us at Support@TailorMadeBusiness.com.

I need to return an item, what are my options?

Unfortunately, there are NO RETURNS on digital products services. Due to the nature of digital products we cannot issue a refund once the pdf or link to the course has been emailed.
